| Bio: | I live in Seattle with my partner Debby and our children Rose (three and three quarters, as of May 2006) and David (four months). Rose has celiac disease, so she can't eat wheat, or indeed any grain containing gluten. This affects what we eat, obviously. As far as cooking goes, I'm a fan of Alton Brown and Cook's Illustrated. Lately I've actually been using recipes pretty frequently, but I like to improvise, too. | |||||||
